Attends District and area meetings. Must have an active knowledge of the traditions and practices of AA.<br \/><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A web servant with a minimum of two years sobriety and the required skills to create and maintain the website<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Any other members wishing to serve<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">In the spirit of rotation, the webchair shall serve for a term of two years and shall provide a report to District 5 at the monthly business meeting.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The webchair shall be funded one nights&#8217; lodging for attendance at the Area quarterly in accordance with the Book of Current Practices.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The budget for the Website committee is set annually.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">SCOPE:&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The website located at aadistrict5.org<br \/>shall include the following:&nbsp;<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The AA preamble<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Links to the 12 Steps, 12 Traditions and 12 Concepts<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Links to: AA World Services (aa.org) South Florida Area 15 (area15aa.org) The Grapevine (aagrapevine.org)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A disclaimer to be found upon exiting the website to the above listed links<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Committee meeting schedules within District 5<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Individual pages for each District 5 Standing Committee and Intergroup<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">A calendar of upcoming events, workshops, and business meetings within District 5<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Anonymous email addresses for each District 5 Officer, Committee Chair, DCM and ACM<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">PROCEDURE:<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">The website committee shall maintain the meeting schedules, email accounts, calendar of events and facilitate District Officers and Committee Chairs in providing time sensitive information to the District members.
